Form 1065 Schedule K-1 Box 20 Code Z reports Section 199A (QBI) information. After you choose this code from the drop-down, leave the box empty. Continue through the interview until you see a page "We see you have Section 199A income." Answer the question here and the next page provides boxes to enter the QBI information provided with the K-1. Continue through the pages until you are back at the K-1 summary page.
