I rent my home and do not live in it. Can I deduct medical expenses under my rental business. It is not an LLC

Business Expenses

No, medical expenses would not be considered a rental expense.

They are possibly deductible as part of Schedule A Itemized Deductions if they exceed 7.5% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
