My local City Treasurer is telling me I need a schedule C but I didn't get one when I did my taxes. I didn't have any income, only expenses, how can I get a Schedule C

    Do you have a business?  Have you already filed your return?  If you are a sole proprietor of a business, you report your business income and business expenses on Schedule C.  And Schedule C is filed with your personal tax return Form 1040.

    Where do I enter my self-employment business expenses, like supplies and vehicle mileage?
