Need assistance, got notice from irs to submit documents to support returns on Schedule E , Now i want to delete schedule E return claim.What to do now

@saikrishnanaidupasyavula , before you go off running to amend your return and exclude  the rental income section ( Schedule-E), please consider that once IRS  has asked for documentation to prove your original filed  return, the enquiry is unlikely to be quenched easily.    So I would very strongly suggest  that (a) seek the help / guidance of a tax professional  OR  (b) at least tell us  the actual situation (-- where the  rental activity is , how long has it been going on,  etc. etc.  )  either here or by PM.   Surely one of us can help you resolve the issue.
