Question

Our S-Corp made less than $1000.00 in profit in 2023, do we need to file any forms to show the limited income?

Yes, if you have an S-Corp, it doesn't matter how much or how little you make, you will always need to file form 1120-S for the S-Corp.  You can do this using TurboTax Business (not home and business)

A calendar year S-corp return was due 3/15/2024. it is now late.
