S-Corp GA E-Filing not working.

For my S-Corp I have electornically filed federal tax. Since I cannot file GA state electronicaly due to ongoing known issues I have the following questions:

1) Since I have already e-filed the federal can I file the GA tax by mail?

2) Can an extension be obtained for the GA tax filing only(Federal has been already filed)?

Yes, you can mail your Georgia Corporate Tax Return. Find the appropriate address here: Georgia Corporate/Partnership Tax Return Mailing Addresses.

If you have already e-filed your federal return, you can go directly to the Georgia Department of Revenue site to obtain Form IT-303, Application for Extension of Time for Filing.

You can also generate this form within TurboTax in the state interview section.

To access the extension form, proceed through the state interview screens in TurboTax.
When asked "Do you want to prepare a Georgia extension?", select Yes.
You will be prompted to print and mail the state extension form.

Georgia Income Tax Filing Deadlines:

October 15, 2024, is the last day to e-File a 2023 Georgia State Income Tax Return for Tax Extension Filers.
