Sch K Box 17 Code V has been selected but no Section 199A income has been entered on Statement A error

I have entered the number in the income section for schedule K-1 but the error kept coming up despite it shows a value. Please help.

You should have received Statement A (QBI Pass-Through Entity Reporting) with Schedule K-1 that provides specific information for Line 20 Code Z.

When entering your K-1, check that it has Box 20 Code Z. You don't need to enter any amount for Code Z.

Continue with the interview until you see "We see you have Section 199A information."
Check the box that applies (usually the first option).
On the page "We need some information about your 199A income," be sure to check the first box and enter at least one type of income.
Check any other boxes that appear on Statement A and enter the related amount.
Continue back to the K-1 summary page.

The Schedule K-1 does not have a box 20. Nor did I get a Statement A. I have every thing entered and cannot move forward.

If you see an error about Section 199A income but Schedule Box 20 is empty, you may wish to review your entries for the K-1 to be sure you didn't check that box. Even if you don't enter anything for the box, if there's a checkmark for Box 20, you will see this message.
