I have one form 1099-B (Proceeds from Broker and Barter Exchange Transaction) in the amount of $11.  Do I really have to file a Schedule D for this?

    Yes, you need to enter all 1099-B form(s) on your tax return; the IRS compares their copy(ies) to what you have entered.  If yours is missing, they will want to know why.
