Question

Should I list "0" in turbotax for blank boxes on my K-1 form 1065 in the qualified nonrecourse financing section, part II in box K1 "Partner's share of liabilities".

the non recourse beginning amount has a "0" is why I'm wondering if having a blank box in the same section also equals "0", and why they didn't just put a "0" in this box too.

If your Schedule K-1 has zeroes for the Partner's Share of Liabilities, you don't need to enter those zeroes when you record the K-1 in TurboTax. Sometimes a zero will be used if there was a change from last year (basically showing that there had been a number for that field and now there is not).
