Since the U.S. Corporation is bankrupt, do I still need to file taxes?

In referencing Case Number 20-40375 KKS the U.S. corporation is bankrupt so are we still required to file taxes?

    I believe you are asking if a corporation has to file a tax return if it is in bankruptcy. It may depend on the type of return normally filed, but in general a corporation does has to file an income tax return if it has income or assets per this from the instructions to Form 1120:
