Tax Year 2023 transmissions are not available

I am using TurboTax Business 2023 Desktop version on Windows 10. After doing my partnership 2023 taxes both federal and the Texas Franchise Report. When I tried to submit I got the following error message: "Tax Year Transmissions are not available.. TurboTax Business is not ready to process Tax Year 2023 for this return".
I have checked the Online->Check for Updates and tells me that my installation is up to date. 

What is wrong with TurboTax Business this year? I have used it in past years without problems, but this is frustrating. I have read other similar comments and seems there is no solution for this.
I decided to go with "File by Mail". Very disappointing.
