taxable distributions in excess of basis

I've seen this answered in the past, but I can't figure out of this is fixed in turbotax.

 

On schedule D, line 12, I don't see where this is all coming from. There is no reference link at all and no worksheet showing how this was calculated.  Oddly, line 13 has a link which brings up B but this number is nowhere on the schedule B form.

 

I noticed on the state tax, there is a place on the tax form to enter this number (for PA).  The K1 itself has the number computed, so in theory it should be able to be calculated from this information.

    line 12 on schedule D would come directly from some entry on the k-1.

    line 13 on schedule D comes from line 2a of form 1099-div - capital gain distributions from mutual funds, ETFs or other sources. 2a does not flow to schedule B only to that line on schedule D.
