Question

The Windows 11 Turbotax 2024 Home & Business cannot Save the 2024 Form 1040 Individual Tax Return that is not corrupted. I have re-started data entry now several times.

Many previous years I used the MacOS versions. 2024 first use of windows. I have talked to 2 support persons and spent all day doing every thing suggested. This is a TurboTax software issue! This is being experienced by others. There is no way to discuss a refund with Amazon. I want my money back!

In Windows, for TurboTax to run smoothly, use the C drive to install/work in.  Run in Administrator mode, and here's How to Turn Off Anti-Virus Programs that can interfere with downloads/updates.

 

You can Contact TurboTax Support and use 'Billing' in the phone menu to request a refund.
