unable to efile business due to beginning percentages error

Product: TurboTax business 2023

I am trying to efile Form 1065 and equiv forms for California.

TurboTax attempts to transmit the return(s), fails, and indicates there is incomplete information.

On the state Form 568, the beginning, combined, ownership percentages (profit,loss, ownership) BEFORE is shown as 0.00% and the 3 fields are red. The number is 0% because each partner has 0%, so the sum is 0%. Each partner has 0% because this is the first year for this LLC. The federal Form 1065 shows the same (beginning=0%, end = 100%).

The software is up-to-date, as of this post.

The false error flag is still occurring but I found a work-around. California Form 568 Schedule K-1 worksheet shows error (red) for the 3 boxes regarding the total percent ownership. TurboTax calculates 0% but wants it to be 100%. I used the 'over-ride' feature and manually entered 100% in each box., and then efile was successful.
