Question

Under review, Turbotax is saying I need to review box 15 and make sure there's 14 characters and no hyphens. It is correct in the box. Nothing is working.

I've tried re-typing it in manually, using lower case letters, manually putting in my entire W2, nothing is working.

Utah right?

Go back again

1) In the box 15 numbers area, blank it all out (empty) and then click in box 16

2) Click back into box 15 and enter the 14 digits again.

...BUT...make sure the final the letters are lower case!!!....like.. wth

3) Then click in box 16 again and look at the box 15 number to make sure it kept the final three letters as lower case.

That should do it...but if you have other forms with a Utah ID number, you may need to repeat a similar entry process there.
