Question

W-2 box 14 does not populate. Info was imported from PDF and descriptions and amounts were added to Box 12. Help?

PDF , or Picture imports can be full of all sorts of massive errors...DON'T do it.

 

Delete that W-2 entirely. Then re-enter it, but on the page where you choose how to enter it...look for the test "Type it in myself".....ane  proceed to enter it all manually. 

 

Someday the A.I. interpretation of PDFs and pictures will work , but it's too soon.

You will need to manually edit and fix the W-2. First delete the information that is incorrect in box 12, then enter the codes and amounts in box 14.
