Where do i enter my part d supplemental premium total?

It is entered as a health care insurance premium in the Medical section of the program.  You enter the annual amount paid.

 

To enter your medical expenses -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Medical
On Medical Expenses, click the start or update button
