Where do I enter state tax deducted by payroll?

Employer had to release a corrected W-2 for state (MN)

If you received a corrected w-2 (w-2C), you edit your w-2 for the correction in the federal section.   If you already filed, you won't be able to edit, so you will need to amend the returns.  

 

Go back and edit your W-2 with the corrected info from your W-2c.
