Where do I enter the income from a 1041, Schedule K-1? Turbo tax says to treat it like a W-2, but none of the boxes line up.

You need to use Online Premium or any of the Desktop programs to enter a K-1.

To enter a K-1 go to

Federal Taxes Tab or Personal (Home & Business version)

    Wages and Income

Then scroll way down to S-Corp, Partnerships and Trusts

Schedules K-1 - Click the Start or Update button

Be sure to pick the right kind of K-1. There are 3 kinds, 1041, 1065 & 1120S

where does it say this? seems totally wrong.
a k-1 from a trust is generally entered  in the section "wages and income" > "Business items" use the k-1 link
however. if this is a grantor trust there may be items that can't be entered through the K-1
