Why does it keep taking me in circles when I get to the schedule Q part? even after I've answered the question.

    Try these options to fix the issue you are having

    If you are using TurboTax Online

    • Check ‌your browser's settings. (Clear your Cache and Cookies)
    • Check on your internet connection
    • Try using a different web browser 

    If you are using TurboTax Desktop

    • Make sure the software is updated. 
    • If you haven't rebooted your computer, please do
    • Check your firewall and antivirus settings. Make sure they aren't blocking any feature of the software. 

    ** If you are using the phone/tablet app, try changing to laptop/computer if possible. If you do not have access to a computer, switch to a web browser within your phone or tablet, and sign in from there. 
     

    You can also delete the Schedule Q directly. To delete a Form from your return, please follow the instructions on the links below
