Incentive Stock Option and AMT

I need to exercise my Incentive Stock Option which will expire in few months, but I plan to hold on to them. 

If I hold them after exercising (buying) the ISO stocks, how should I deal with the AMT? Thank you

    You will pay the AMT when you exercise. Since you won't be selling the stocks, you will need to use other funds to pay the tax or have additional tax withheld from your paycheck.
