I am wondering if even though I have a poor credit rating can I still get a credit card?

Yes, there are cards for those with poor credit ratings. You can search for sites with recommendations.

Yes u can. Google credit cards for bad credit. Most credits that appear will be for pre pay but i got one from Capital One. I also have crappy credit and i recieved one. Good luck
