How do I transfer my current card to a different one

If your credit card issuer offers more than one type of card, then you need to contact that issuer.

 

If you want a card from an entirely different issuer, you need to apply for a card from that issuer and inquire about a balance transfer (and whatever else you are trying to accomplish).
