Credit Karma account trouble

I have had a Credit Karma account for years. However, I legally changed my name in 2021, and since then, my Credit Karma account has stopped updating my credit scores. I tried deactivating and reopening the account with my new name, but I encountered issues with the Credit Karma system. It stated that the email address already had an existing account, but when I tried to log in, it said, "Account doesn't exist, create account here" or something similar. Now, I can't create a new account, and I can't log in to the old one either.
