Refund for state filing

I was paying for my daughter to file her federal and state taxes. The federal taxes kept getting rejected because it said the AGI was not matching the 2019 return. I was copying the number right off the return, but kept getting rejected. She had to file both federal and state returns by mail to meet the deadline. However, my credit card was still charged for state return. Please refund my $25 to my mastercard number ending in 0036. The transaction ID is TTDCRTA150217252 and order date was May 14, 2021. Thank you.
