IRS said it uses your 2018/2019 direct deposit information for the stimulus check. The account they said it’s going into has NEVER been used in my information and I have never even seen it before. So where is it going?

if the IRS tries to direct deposit and it 'bounces back' from the bank, the IRS will issue a paper check and mail it.

look for the letter from the IRS within 15 days after they send out the payment,

Check the IRS website and update your bank information if necessary.

AGI is line 7 on your 2018 return and line 8B on your 2019 return.  Refund is line 21a of the 2019 tax return. and line 20a for 2018

Hey my direct deposit hasn't received a stimulus check yet? Why is that I've given the number to the IRS I filed 2019 and received the card and the money for my taxs return. Few months ago.  But no stimulus check, mu print am  on file right?  Why are the IRS mailing it to me when I asked for DD?
