Credit report personal information incorrect

My grandfather, dad, and myself all have the same name the only difference is the suffix “I, II, III” and we all hold the same address I’m not sure how to pull a full credit report as I believe it’s recognizing one of them and my ssn/dob not matching so it’s causing me to re-enter the info over and over

    Turbo gets its credit report from Transunion - so I'd recommend contacting them to see if they can advise on what to do. You can contact them here: https://www.transunion.com/customer-support/contact-us-consumers
