How can you check to see if a ex-husband or his family members are using your name or credit

      If someone has a credit card or debt in your name, it should show up on your Credit Report in Turbo if it's been reported by the lender to Transunion already (might take a month or two).

       

      I'd recommend regularly taking a look at your score and the "Total Accounts." If there's an account in your name, it should show up there and if anything looks off, you can address with Transunion and the lender.
