How do we find what delinquent and how to clear off report to improve credit score

In most cases the credit report will only list the name of the lender and that you are behind in your payments. You will need to contact each individual lender. Ask them the outstanding balance and also ask them (if you can afford it), how much will they take right now to accept it as payment in full and record your account as satisfactory. (For example, if you owe a lender $5000 and plan to pay $100 per month over 5 years, they might be willing to accept $3000 lump sum now as satisfaction. It does not hurt to ask.)
