How too unlock credit score

I am trying to apply for a loan and cannot because my credit score is locked how do I unlock my credit score.

    Hey @Msrunyocityanmine1205 - you basically need to unfreeze your credit report - it sounds like you might have frozen it before (probably as a result of one of the many breaches big companies have had over the years). 

     

    I'd ask the company who you are trying to get the loan for which credit reporting company they are using, and then contacting them. 

     

    (easiest way is to search for the company name and unfreeze, like "transunion unfreeze" - which lead me to this page in case of Transunion: https://www.transunion.com/credit-freeze
