Mailing in tax returns after paying for electronic filing.

I thought I was paying the $39.95 like it said on the page of the bill where I put my cc info in. Then it said oh this also includes e-filing. I want to print and mail my tax returns. How do I get a refund of my payment and just simply print and mail returns. EVERY year I have completed taxes it has asked me first prior to any payment page. Please help. I have been using your product for about 8 years now and if I could get a call that would be great. [phone number removed]

If you used online TurboTax the fee is for preparing your return using the software, You did not pay "extra" to e-file. The fee is the same whether you e-file or print it and mail it.
