My credit card amount is wrong

My balance due is wrong and it’s affecting my credit score. It dropped 15 points because it said my balance was $464 out of $500. It is currently $168.54. Because of this error, I wasn’t approved for an apartment.

There is typically a lag in account updates after payments are made. It could take more than one cycle.

If, in fact, there were an error in your balance due, your recourse would be to contact the issuer of your credit card.

The account is correct on my credit card website. However, on turbo, it hasn’t registered and still has an old balance.
