There is something on my credit score that's false information and affecting my score. How do I get it removed.

You should file a dispute.

First, get all three of your full credit reports at www.annualcreditreport.com.

An item on one report might be a mistake by the bureau, if the same item is on all three reports, it might be a mistake by the lender or identity theft.  Start by contacting the lender and try to get them to acknowledge the mistake and remove the item.  If that doesn't work, each of the 3 bureaus has an appeal process.
