Turbo Switched from FICO to Transunion

  • Turbo phone app just changed from FICO to Transunion,  and they reported a 30 point drop in my credit score.  Why did you switch?

    How do you know Turbo switched?

     

    Turbo has been using the VantageScore based on TransUnion data for as long as I can remember.

      The TransUnion website and customer service is one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had in my life!  Fan of Turbo but surprised Turbo guides it’s customers to use TransUnion.  Found much better experience with Experian.
