Before I switch to another TAX SERVICE, two things. Where did you get my debt and credit score? And, if I sign up for one of the added services, do I talk to the same person ALL the time? I have questions that need to be answered, but am not sure this can work without me "pausing" and thinking about which direction I have to take. I am taking one path, just not sure which one. Thanks.
