Yes, you can add unclaimed medical expenses from 2020 to your 2021 tax return.

Please follow these steps:

Sign in to your tax return
on the top-right of your screen click Find, type Medical Expense Profile in the search bar, and click Go
Check off the box that says Medical Receipts - 2020 (Unclaimed receipts only)
Click Continue
Select Enter New Medical Expense
Now enter your unclaimed 2020 medical expense
When you are finished click Done to save your information
