Hi there, my wife was outside of Canada from December 2023 to September 2024. During this time she received child benefit. But I dont see any CRA T4E for that? can u help

I was in Canada the whole time BTW. I have T4 slips and T4E slips for that time in CRA account.

If you received a T4E for parental insurance plan, you and your wife, should have access to the original slip through your (or her) Service Canada account, not CRA account.

If you are unable to locate it, she can contact Service Canada or go, in person, at one of their centers, near your home, with a valid ID. Here the link where to find the information:
