How do I choose a claim period for my medical expenses when the prompt bos doesn;t work?

    If you are using the online version, we advise deleting your cookies and cache or switching to a different browser. Make sure the download version is current if you are using one.

     

    It's under 'Medica Expense" > Your Medical Profile for 2024

    Clearing the cache did work but I wish I had known that before I started. The time limit that a return times out at in terms of this particular box should be eliminated because some returns take longer than others. Tx
