I'm being told I have medical expenses and can't file unless I upgrade, there are no medical expenses and all the fields are $0. How do I clear this to file?

I've also unchecked the boxed and saved the return, logged out and back in and checked all the boxes and everything is $0 right now

You may have medical expenses reported on a T-Slip or carried forward from a previous year.
