Question

My non-refundable credits exceeds my tax payable. does the portion of my and mykids medical expenses that i want to forward to next year have to be the same months?.

ie ALL start from May 2021 until April 2022, or can i have only mine start from may 2021 until Jan 2022?

    All the medical expenses claimed need to be within the same dates. The same dates for the children cannot be reused next year. You cannot use only your expenses this year and theirs next year for the same dates.
