Has anyone heard of Enchanted Recovery Company? Should I have paid them?

I got a letter in the mail stating I owed money so I paid it. It was even recorded on my Turbo app. Some online it says its a scam? Does anyone have an insights on this?

There is a legitimate collections agency called Enhanced Recovery . I don't know who Turbo tax uses or sells old debt to. Call Turbotax during Pacific timezone business hours and see if you had a balance due.
