Question

I have always had a contract with a company and am self employed and all work was completed in the U.S.. I have always been a non-employee for them. Do I still qualify for QBI?

    It depends.

     

    As long as the income is generated within the United States and you meet all of the other requirements as far as income limits, then you would qualify for QBI.
