Hi,

im a nonresident alien on an F-1 visa. I received a W-2 based on my job, a 1098-T based on my merit scholarship, and a 1042-S form based on a scholarship stipend that was provided as compensation in the 2024 year.

Now, I used a portion of my income reported in 1042-S to pay my tuition. How do I report that?

Currently, there is no deduction you may make regarding the payment of your tuition.  It is reflected in the 1098T you received but won't be able to claim a credit because you are non-resident unless stated otherwise in a tax treaty.
