1042-S reporting scholarship stipend

I received a scholarship as a nonresident alien in the U.S., with 14% federal tax withheld and no state taxes withheld (in Illinois).

The scholarship stipend was used entirely for tuition payments. How should I report this on my federal tax return, and does it qualify as non-taxable under section 117 of the Internal Revenue Code?

Are you a non-resident for tax filing purposes and therefore filing Form 1040NR?

Sprintax has the 1040NR that you need to file along with customer support around the clock.
