Hi, I am a covered individual under my parent's 1095-A. I didn't get this form on my own. My parent's will not claim me as a dependent. I will file my own taxes. Do I need to file this form? Please help!

Yes, if you and your parents agree to allocate a portion of the plan to you, you will enter information from their 1095-A on your return, in the 1095-A section.  The allocations can be split up in any way you prefer, as long as you agree.  If you disagree, you will be allocated a share proportionate with the number of people on the plan.
