1095-A Dividing percentages with NON Dependent child

There are 3 covered individuals on our 1095-A; Can we allocate 100% to our non dependent child that files his own taxes and allocate 0% to our married filing jointly return? Our child has the lowest income, so the above scenario results in the lowest tax liability. We just don't want to trigger an issue.

Yes, you can allocate the premiums using any percentage if everyone is in agreement.

Thank you.

I may need a bit more clarification. Our son is 25 as of early December 2024. He is considered at least a part time college student as reported in his 1098-T, He earned too much to be claimed as our dependent and his income was less than the poverty level for a single filer.

Based on the above can we still allocate an agreed upon percentage between ourselves.
