2023 Mortgage Interest

On my 2023 Schedule A form mortgage interest was not properly showing on return

I was forced to take the standard deduction, but if my mortgage interest was taken into account I should have been able to itemize.

Was there a glitch in the software?

No, what is the issue with your mortgage interest deduction?   Don't file your return if it is not correct.   If you need to amend, follow the instructions in the link below.   Do you have multiple 1098 forms How do I handle multiple 1098 mortgage forms?

 

and is all of your interest deductible?  Can I deduct my mortgage interest?
