Accurately reporting MW507 form

I moved from Baltimore County, MD to York County, PA on 3/17/25.

My employer is in Baltimore City.

When do I fill MW507 form (line 5 & 6) with my employer so that Maryland State and Maryland local taxes aren't withheld, so I am not doubled taxed in both states?

You should have completed the MW507 when you moved so that the withholding was changed. Note: not all employers are required to submit the Pennsylvania withholding- if your employer does not, you will have to make Pennsylvania estimated payments.
