I am not self employed. Can I deduct my Health Ins premiums if my employer has more than 25 full time employees?

@maggie95andy you can deduct heath insurance premiums on Sch A as a medical expense. However only the medical expenses that exceed 7.5% of your adjusted gross income are tax deductible.

I am assuming that your employer does not provide a cafeteria plan where the medical premiums are deducted from your gross income on a pre-tax basis. if that is the case, then you can not deduct the medical premiums a 2nd time.
