Any property loss or damage due to theft or a natural disaster? does it include fire damage?

So sorry to hear you had a fire. Was the house in a federally declared disaster area-- like a wildfire area? Or was it a fire just at your own house? Only casualty losses within a federal disaster area can be deducted.
